Job Summary

Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Head Coach, Track & Field/Cross Country, the Assistant Coach, Track & Field provides support and assistance of the intercollegiate Track & Field program, but is not limited to the following aspects; preparation of training/practice sessions, meet preparation, team travel arrangements, transporting athletes to meets, recruiting, managing recruiting database Front Rush Recruiting Program, assist with recruiting tours of the University, assist in planning and running a camp, and professional communication in regards to the Coaching staff and individual players.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree plus one year experience competing and/or coaching at the collegiate level with a commitment to Division III philosophy or equivalent combination of education and experience. Collegiate level coaching experience and experience with NCAA preferred.
