Job Summary

• Employs strategic design thinking to craft inspirational design outputs in alignment with project goals, organizational brand guidelines, content marketing plans, and sponsorship activation strategies 


• Creates graphic assets to be used in digital, print, in-game, social media, and environmental mediums


• Execute art requests to completion by due dates and work with departments to ensure demands/requirements are met


• Collaboratively participates in proof-of-concept efforts to generate the overall look and feel of large-scale campaigns, projects, and initiatives


• Identifies, socializes, and helps implement design best practice tools, templates, and technologies to drive both effectiveness and efficiency 


• Organize and manage multiple projects in various stages of progress


• Develop understanding of target audience and market for specifically aimed marketing pieces


• Present or pitch ideas and concepts


• Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing/communications initiatives


• Other duties as assigned

• Graphic Design degree or enrolled in a graphic design program at an accredited college or university


• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign 


• Drawing and creation skills preferred


• Creativity and problem-solving skills


• Willingness to learn and follow direction and instruction


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Ability to work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with hard and tight deadlines


• Good organization skills and detail oriented


• Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, and weekend as needed to meet the non-traditional nature of our business
