Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling general office work and preventive maintenance as well.

Duties

• Handling daily work orders
• Maintenance logs/records
• Troubleshoot/repair of building operating systems repair
• Conducting preventative maintenance
• Handling of mechanical/electrical/HVAC/plumbing
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of successful performance experience
• Boiler system knowledge
• Can read blue prints
• Basic skills outlook and MS office
• Team player and good skills in communications
