• Extensive knowledge of the sport of wrestling.
• Working knowledge of NCAA and Conference rules.
• Excellent communications skills to effectively communicate with students and parents during recruitment and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Couch in achieving of the best possible performance from players.
• Enhancing players' skills.
• Providing athletic guidance.
• Recruiting players
• Participating in fundraising events and coordinating camps. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of two years related experience preferred.
