Head of Ticket Technology and Operations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of building and managing the league's ticket operation and oversee ticketing for the eight teams and venues.

Duties

• Creating a centralized ticket operations that facilitates ticketing of individual markets
• Ensuring there is a smooth end to end ticket experience to support the overall league ticket sales revenue
• Inventory, scaling, pricing management
• Personnel management
• Game day ticket services and operations
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in computerized ticket operations
• Advanced user knowledge of Ticketmaster products
• Strong skills communications, decision making, team work
• Team player
