Senior Ticket Sales Account Executive

Job Summary

• Responsible for the generation of new ticket revenue.
• Responsible for creating and selling a full menu of season tickets and group programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct sales conversations via phone, in-person appointments and networking and make face-to-face visits to businesses, individuals, soccer organizations and business associations in order to generate interest in season and group ticket sales.
• Build sustaining relationships with local businesses individuals, organizations and associations.
• Network at events and meetings throughout the community including businesses and business functions, service groups, high schools, colleges and youth groups, sporting events & tournaments.
• Establish new projects to enhance ticket sales and the fan experience at games.
• Commit to a teamwork philosophy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• College or graduate degree in marketing, business, or sports management required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in sports, media, and/or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong face-to-face sales and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by events.
• Proficient abilities with PC, (windows, spreadsheets, databasing, e-mail).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and against deadlines.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain smooth working relationships with sales employees, as well as other employees and constituencies.
