Temporary - Athletics Laundry/Equipment Attendant

Responsibilities

• Must be able to attend home athletic events as assigned.
• Disperses daily practice laundry and equipment, assists with the repair and maintenance of all sport-related apparel, gear and equipment.
• Performs a variety of duties related to an intercollegiate equipment room, including periodic equipment inventories, inventory control, receiving, checking and recording shortages in daily UPS , deliveries per protocol.
• Prepare and issuance of competition uniforms, locker room set up of both home and visitors for events.
• Operation of sanitation type machines for equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director of Equipment Services.
• Responsible for day-to-day problem solving of athletic equipment.
• Adheres to OSHA requirements and NCAA regulations to equipment safety.
• Issues, collects and maintains computerized records of lockers and locks when appropriate.
• Provides oversight and guidance of student workers when applicable.
