Job Summary

• Ice Squad is an energetic, positive and outgoing rally team who use their personality and performance skills to enhance the fan experience.
• Serve as ambassadors at all home games, play an active role in all in-game entertainment, and interact with fans of all ages.

• Serve as a member of the Game Night Staff during home games.
• Assist in the execution of all in-game promotions.
• Perform short dance & cheer routines from the stands and on the concourse on game nights.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and entertainment through various concourse games, activities, stations, and promotions.
• Be a working member of the in game, entertainment and fan experience.
• Assist with the set up and breakdown of all concourse activities.
• Entertain and engage fans with high energy.
• Assist in the coordination of in-game elements with a focus on fan interactivity during pre-game, stoppages, and intermissions.
• Act as a positive representative for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and various community events.
• Assist with ancillary events in and out of the arena when necessary.
• Participate in community events and public appearances.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Attendance at home games, which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attendance at scheduled outside appearances (pep rallies, viewing parties, community events, etc.).
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing self-starters who demand nothing less than the best.
• Interest in gaining experience in the event presentation of professional sports.
• Excellent social skills with an ability to interact professionally with people at all levels within an organization.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and constantly move about the facility to execute in-game promotions.
• Committed to providing superior customer service and supporting the team.
• Knowledge of hockey including an appreciation of the fan experience.
• Teamwork oriented
• Possess a passion for sports and entertainment.
• **Highly preferred dancing skills, tumbling skills, and/or performance skills but is not required.
