Duties

• Handling of incoming orders and attending to customer service queries
• Processing of different order types
• Identifying, researching and resolving the issues of clients
• Cross and upselling of products
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relations
• Coordinating and collaborating with other departments
• Communicating complaints of any service failure
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Some college or equivalent work experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong skills data entry/typing/communications
• MS office skills
