Job Summary
Job Overview
- Accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant Coach position with its Men’s and Women’s Golf programs for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 academic years.
- Report to the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach and will assist with various administrative and coaching aspects of the program, including:
- Coaching
- Recruiting
- Fundraising.
- This is a 10-month assistantship with a start date of August 1st.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program is required.
- Should have competed as a collegiate golf student-athlete.
- Additional requirements include strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, and the capacity to model mature, responsible leadership.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays and travel with the team to competitions.
- Must submit to a criminal background check, subject to review and approval by university.
