Job Summary

The position will take charge in providing top notch experience for every guest that attends to game/event in Stadium.

Duties

• Engaging and interacting with fans
• Ensuring that the concerns of fans are heard and reported
• Accurate communicating of all key messages
• Helping stadium orientation
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Can work under pressure
• Strong skills in communications
• Can work on scheduled home games
• Can work at least 4 hours per shift
