Job Summary

 

The position will train, mentor, motivate and coach ticket sales staff in order to meet/exceed annual sales target.

 

Duties

  • Leading collegiate season ticket retention
  • Overseeing of sales efforts associated in season tickets
  • Recruiting, hiring and development of ticket sales staff
  • Developing and maintaining of personal client base of ticket sales prospects
  • Effective management of different group assets
  • Timely and accurate sales report
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of work related experience
  • 2 years of ticket sales management role
  • Strong skills in communications/results oriented
  • Ticket sales track record
