Job Summary

Job Overview

• Seeking a dynamic individual to serve as Assistant Director of the Phoenix Club, Special Events and Hospitality.
• Reporting to the Director of the Phoenix Club, responsible for building relationships with alumni and friends of the university that will enhance future athletic development.
• Primarily focused on the many events the Phoenix Club and University Athletics hosts throughout the athletics and academic year.
• Design a strategy for planning and implementation for said events. Responsible for maintaining  UniversityAthletics’ database of donors, Raisers’ Edge, and pulling necessary information for mailings throughout the year.
• Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required with one to two years of related event management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
