Senior Creative Content Producer

Job Summary

• The Sr. Creative Content Producer will manage two Creative Content Producers, overseeing their workload, daily tasks and projects. 


• The Sr. Creative Content Producer will also generate daily content for social media and/or the website by creating short social features and graphic-heavy videos. 


• The Sr. Creative Content Producer will staff home events and travel with team when deemed appropriate by the Director, Creative Content & Social Media. 

• 3 years of working in sports video production, including creative and artistic storytelling experience


• 1-3 years of creating video features, with a strong knowledge of filming, editing, color grading, audio mixing and final delivery


• 1-3 years of experience in and mastery of Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop


• Demonstrated supervisor experience


• Demonstrated skill in social media content creation and delivery


• Demonstrated skill in the photographic process


• Experience working on deadline and turning around high-quality video projects quickly


• Mastery of creating and manipulating motion graphic templates


• Strong social content knowledge of sports multimedia market


• Strong understanding of sports market content demand


• Strong knowledge of sports 

• Skills in editing for spelling, punctuation grammar


• Skill in interpersonal communication and collaboration


• Skills in effective communication (written, phone, in person)


• Understanding of the value of feedback and willingness to incorporate it into project edits


• Ability to prioritize work assignments and media value
