Game Presentation Coordinator

Job Summary

• Perform administrative tasks related to match and event production
• Work with different sponsors and partners to create the best experience for our fans
• Develop client-specific strategies to retain and attract new clients
• Coordinate various tasks during games and events
• Acting as the main point of contact between the various internal departments to respond to requests, queries and comments from customers and supporters

Qualifications:

• Hold a university degree in marketing, sports management, or other related field 
• 3 to 5 years experience in events and / or professional sports production
• Perfectly bilingual (oral and written, French and English)
• Demonstrate a unifying and mobilizing leadership skills 
• Excellent communicator, a strong listener who can make decisions and work in a stressful environment
• Be motivated, determined and results-oriented
• Have good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and an energetic personality
