Account Services Executive

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of selling season tickets, group and event sales for the Fiesta Bowl, Cheez-IT Bowl and other Foundation events.
Duties

• Meeting/exceeding ticket renewal and upgrade goals
• Strong relations building
• Managing of ticket partner accounts, answering of queries and ensuring to resolve any disputes professionally
• Managing of ticket activity information
• Effective communicating of Bowl events and offers
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service; sports industry preferred
• Can upsell to current and prospect partners
• CRM and Paciolan experience preferred
