Manager, Special Projects and Business Operations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting the functional work of the President, Business Operations within the team.
Duties

• Assisting and coordinating of special projects with the functions of President, Business Operations
• Assists in the daily operating tasks
• Creating and processing of communications on behalf of President of Business Operations
• Completion of purchase orders/expense reports
• Arranging of travel and other administrative tasks
• Other related tasks

• Strong skills organizational/communications
• Attentive to detail
• Can work varying days/hours
