Job Summary
The position will be in charge of supporting the Festival's celebrity program and attending to different tasks like scheduling of event day, handling travel/hotel accommodation and transportation.
Duties
- Creating/assembly of celebrity swag bags
- Serving as VIP participant event day transportation liaison
- Supporting the supervision of 500 Festival suite at IMS and catering management
- Handling of special project and new program support
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Eligible to receive college credit
- Strong skills organizational/communications
- Event planning experience
