Event Coordinator

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling all the facets of guest services and event staff management.
Duties

• Selecting/training/motivating/evaluating of event staff
• Helping to plan, coordinate and facilitate of logistics for all events
• Serving as liaison between the building management and all patrons that visit the arena
• Communicating of all required events requirements
• Data sheet preparation
• Developing/implementing and managing of event security plans
• Collecting and responding to complaints of tenants and public
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong skills communications
• Customer service experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• MS office proficient
