Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing the arrangement, coordination and supervising of events that can ensure maximum client satisfaction and enhance repeat business.

Duties

• Executing of contracts for all year round events and shows
• Helping in event coordination for external/internal events
• Managing of event services database
• Serving as MOD member
• Internal communicating with monthly calendar updates
• Managing of department data
• Helping in administrative overseeing of campgrounds
• Other related tasks
