Job Summary

Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for assisting in daily responsibilities involved in administering the official kids club/programs, new fan initiatives, assisting with Everywhere content/logistics and brand events.

This is a paid, part-time (24 hours per week) internship including hours during the work week, training camp, and special events.

Internship time frame: October 2019 – June 2020 (tentative start date for training: 10/14/19).

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing membership database and fulfillment in CRM database system.
Handle daily fan club customer service (membership questions, usernames/passwords, fulfillment inquiries, prize redemption, etc.).
Assist with developing and monitoring fan marketing initiatives.
Assist in coordinating/executing annual fan marketing events.
Assist with staffing and maintenance of fan programs kiosk during events as assigned.
Work on content (finding photos, contests, updating bar information and content, etc.).
Work home games (taking photos, uploading photos and communicating with internal staff), as assigned.
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Brand & Marketing Department.
