Job Summary


The position will be overseeing all event contracting while helping to develop an overarching sales/marketing plan for both venues.



  • Professionally represent the company to all prospect clients
  • Entering and maintaining of information for scheduling/booking
  • Take part in development of collateral/newsletters
  • Managing and participating in development/implementation of goals/objectives/policies
  • Take part in the development of sales and marketing plan
  • Tracking and managing of sales report
  • Other related tasks


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of event management experience
  • Strong skills communication
  • MS office/computer proficiency
  • Customer service practices knowledge
