Job Summary

The position will be serving as the main contact for all assigned events.
Duties

• Assists in managing of all event details and plan execution
• Assists the suppliers for external event support/services
• Creating and distributing of reports for home games and other events
• Preparation of cost estimates and summaries
• Leading the event planning and information sharing meetings
• Preparing and distributing of post event reports
• Activation team supervision
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3 years of experience in event management
• Can deliver excellent experiences
• Organized and good time management skills
• Strong skills communication
• MS office proficient
