Box Office Supervisor

Job Summary

• Assist in administration of all events within Ticketmaster Software


• Assist in renewal process of Spring Training season tickets, flex plans and groups


• Sell individual game tickets utilizing Ticketmaster Software on both game and non-game days in the box office, in addition to printing and distribution of orders


• Learn and maintain knowledge of the stadium seating chart and club ticketing policies 


• Service and interact with customers on a regular basis to answer general ballpark and ticket questions


• Training and updating ticket sellers on new ticket promotions 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and possess strong technical skills


• Prior ticketing experience is desired


• Flexible schedule (highly prefer availability for all 17 games)


• Provide a high-level of customer service to all fans coming to the Stadium
