Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supervising of staff event, resolving guest complaints and performing general office/event functions for the department.
Duties

• Coordinating about logistics, client meeting, event order creation
• Maintaining of ABI booking system
• Performing file maintenance
• Monitoring of staff interaction with guests
• Determining action taken to attend to client complaints
• Game day assisting
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of general work experience
• Can work varying days.hours
• Strong skills communications
• Basic word processing/email/spreadsheet proficiency
