Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of providing administrative and reception support to Business Operations and Hockey Operation staff.
Duties

  • Maintaining the administrative office operations
  • Managing of conference rooms
  • Serving as liaison
  • Helping to order, move, storing, distribution of office supplies
  • Stocking/cleaning/organizing of work areas
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • brand knowledge
  • Highly motivated/self starter
  • Strong time management/organizational skills
  • MS office proficient
