Head Women's Soccer Coach

Job Summary

Job Description:

• Serves in a dual role as head women''s soccer coach of the College and as an instructor of credit-bearing courses, with each role representing one half of the overall responsibilities.
• As head coach, coordinates and conducts all aspects of the women's soccer program, including (but not limited to) practices, games, recruiting, fundraising, discipline, and monitoring of academic progress of student athletes.
• Responsible for classroom instruction by serving as an academic instructor who teaches two classes per semester, or up to three, based on departmental needs.
• Complies with all policies and regulations 
• Opportunity to organize and direct successful youth camps and clinic, contacting local organizations for summer camps.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master's degree and one (3) year of coaching experience.
• Soccer coaching experience, preferably at the college level.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably at the college level.
