Marketing Partnerships Associate

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, implement, maintain and track assigned corporate partners in regards to all proposals, contracts and wrap-up to ensure that all elements are fulfilled, executed and reported accurately.
• Monitor, evaluate and update department processes and data entry into our CRM management system to ensure quality control. 
• Ensuring data is correct across, Accounts, Contacts, Proposals, Contracts etc.
• Identifying errors made by users and providing necessary feedback.
• Assist and oversee projects as assigned by MP management team. 
• Other duties as assigned which could include prospecting industry publications, facilitating partnership ticket operations, assisting in the planning and execution of various client events, and working selected game nights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required. 
• Ability to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
