Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing full administrative support to the Team President.
Duties
- Handling general administrative duties
- Booking of end to end travel arrangements
- Transcribing and distribution of weekly team meeting notes
- Managing of departmental expenses
- Handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of prior Assistant experience that supports senior level executives
- Google Suite/MS office proficient
- Energetic/upbeat/detail oriented
- Can work flexible days/hours
- Strong skills communications
