Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of providing full administrative support to the Team President.

 

Duties

  • Handling general administrative duties
  • Booking of end to end travel arrangements
  • Transcribing and distribution of weekly team meeting notes
  • Managing of departmental expenses
  • Handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years of prior Assistant experience that supports senior level executives
  • Google Suite/MS office proficient
  • Energetic/upbeat/detail oriented
  • Can work flexible days/hours
  • Strong skills communications
