College seeking Esports Head Coach. Time to put your gaming skills to the task! The Esports Head Coach will be responsible for team management, recruiting, preparing, supervising, equipment monitoring, skill development, and training their respective team for competition. This position develops skills in participants related to video gaming, and instills high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with all rules and regulations of organizations/sports governing bodies. If you have a vision to create, build, and drive growth to our Esports program, this position is for you.
