Job Summary
The position will be establishing and maintaining efficient yet effective internal administration of the overall business operations and special projects.
Duties
- Gives full administrative support
- Handling general administrative tasks like attending to incoming calls, scheduling of meetings, travel booking
- Managing of expenses
- Coordinating and preparing of materials for meetings
- Maintaining of physical office
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 3 years of prior senior level executive support experience
- Can work varying days/hours
- Energetic, upbeat, proactive
- Ms office skills
- Sports and football passion
- Strong skills communication
