Job Summary
The position will be performing CRM tasks required for Ticket Sales managers and reps.
Duties
- Analyzing of campaign trends
- Providing access to analytics linked to CRM for managers
- Leading all the facets of CCRM tasks
- Helping in lead scoring and prioritization
- Leading the CRM activities
- CRM maintenance tasks
- Helping with sales staff CRM training
- Ensuring to be updated on the industry trends
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in MS Dynamics CRM and/or Kore
- Programming knowledge (SQL, Java, R, Python)
- MS Power Point and Excel advanced skills
- Strong skills presentation
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of CRM experience and analyst experience
