Job Summary

The graphic designer will support all departments in keeping to brand style and guidelines, while assisting with a variety of brand approvals and review. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multi-task. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design projects can range from production of logos, print promotional material, email blast graphics, layouts for apparel merchandise, website graphics, and social media campaigns.

  • Accepts and completes a project from start to finish, knowing that some timelines are very short, while others may go through several rounds of edits. 

  • Ensures that delivered graphics match the customer requirements, with respect to aesthetics, functionality and brand guidelines. 

  • Works closely with local printers to gather price estimates and production of print pieces.

  • Assist with maintaining & monitoring the brand  internally and externally.  

 
DESIRED OUTCOMES:

  • Comprehensive and creative content provided in a clean and timely manner 

  • Engagement with each department to achieve the goal of every project 

  • Assistance with managing the creative tracking flow of projects internally and to creative agency 

 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Individual willing to work closely with multiple departments to understand creative needs for a variety of projects 

  • Knowledge of preparing files for print · Knowledge of saving files for the web 

  • Photo editing to clean up images 

  • Possess good time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Organizational skills including the ability to rearrange daily schedule for unexpected projects that may be presented

  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism 

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia or similar field 

  • 2-5 years of experience in design and creative services 

  • Online portfolio showcasing design and examples of work 

  • Must be able to pass a background screen and drug test.
