Job Summary

 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Research leads to develop corporate relationships

  • Delegate incoming leads and prospects to various Sales Team members

  • Participate in prospect and sales calls

  • Lead weekly sales call and coordinate meeting agenda

  • Assist in creation of customized partnership proposals for prospective clients

  • Utilize creativity to generate deck and research materials for Sales Team members, as well as assist in creation of materials for other departments as needed

  • Assist in creation and management of annual local and national budget documents

  • Manage sales tracker and budget documents

  • Lead management of Corporate Sales in CRM system; including but not limited to inventory management, deal management, and communication with CRM Team
  • Coordinate communication between Corporate Sales, Marketing, PR, and other various departments

  • Handle other duties as assigned by the SVP, Partnership Sales or other Executives 

 
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE 

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel

  • Google Suite; Google Docs, Google Sheets

  • Adobe Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom

  • Apple Keynote

  • Budget management

  • CRM

 EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred
 
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years or more experience in managing sales or sales operations - preferred

  •  Three years or more experience in graphic design - preferred



WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 

  • Weekends, extended hours, and travel may be required
