Job Summary:
The Account Executive, Premium Sales is tasked with gaining face to face meetings and conducting VIP Tours with prospects at the the Center with the purpose of selling available inventory inside our premium seating areas. The Account Executive, Premium Sales will use a data-driven approach in order to fill the premium seating areas of the Center. 
 
Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Responsible for maximizing revenue through face to face sales of NHL Team premium ticket packages including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets

  • Make 50+ outbound touch points daily with the goal of setting an appointment

  • Set and conduct 8+ in arena tours per week to assist in closing new business

  • Actively self-prospect and research new sales leads and potential clients through various platforms

  • Build and enhance current relationships to grow account base through repeat business and referrals

  • Maintain a beneficial membership with a local networking group and/or Chamber of Commerce
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM software to manage customer accounts

  • Work all games and other events to support ticket sales initiatives

  • Provide excellent service through phone calls, emails, written communication and in-person visits in the office and special events 

  • Participate in all ticket sales events, game duties, sales trainings, and meetings

    Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with Archtics and CRM Platform

  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment required

  • Highly motivated, aggressive, competitive and committed to the sports industry

  • Strong communication and computer skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, in addition to traditional business hours

  • Passion for a growth oriented career in sales

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university in a related field required


Work Environment:
This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable – often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.
