Job Summary

Position Summary The Director of HR will focus efforts on recruiting, risk management, and conflict management. They will also have a hand several important HR functions, including the following: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/onboarding, leave of absence administration, payroll assistance and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning for future staffing requirements and growth

Recruiting and coordination and assisting management in the hiring, reviewing and development of the staff, including background and eVerify process

On boarding and continuous development programs

Skills and Qualifications

6-8+ years of HR Professional experience

Prefer PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
