Ticket Sales Manager

Job Summary


Responsibilities:

  • Produce the maximum revenue by selling season and group ticket packages

  • Address the client needs and wants by matching them with the best ticket products and services: youth soccer, season, group, and/or VIP packages

  • Participate fully in widespread inbound/outbound call campaigns

  • Complete a minimum of 80 phone calls per day and ten (10) meetings per week

  • Develop client sales with in-stadium and outside face-to-face presentations

  • Manage and service all accounts to ensure up-sell and renewal

  • Research and create new sales opportunities to increase revenue

  • Manage staff and work at all home matches plus outside events - may require tabling, promotions, and other responsibilities

  • Engage clients through a process that ensures optimal sales development, account management, closure, and/or further development

  • Exceed all established activity and sales goals

  • Present weekly sales report to management

  • Active participation in corporate or soccer organizations including (but not limited to)

  • Chambers of Commerce and youth soccer teams.



Qualifications:

  • Excellent presentation, pitching, and closing skills

  • 1-2 years of experience selling for a professional team or similar organization
  • Must speak fluent Spanish

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University

  • Committed to building a league-leading ticketing, CRM, and database system

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
