Senior Staff Assistant - Athletics Facilities Director

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of serving as the first line of liaison between the department/campus/community partners.

Duties

• Event coordination
• Daily operations with athletic department
• Overseeing of all equipment operations
• Game day operations/staff
• Evaluating and coordinating of general maintenance
• Facility rentals/insurance/liability concern
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration
• 3 years of facility operations experience preferred
• Facilities management and operations demonstrated knowledge
• Strong skills communications
• Independent and team player
