Director, Ticket Operations

Job Summary

• Being a direct liaison with venues and member clubs.
• Preparing and assisting in venue scaling.
• Financial reconciliation of ticket sales and maintenance of all auditing procedures.
• Producing accurate reporting upon request.
• Implementing Ticket sales plan.   
• Executing events in non-traditional environments.
• Overseeing box office operations on event day. 
• Processing of all internal ticket requests.
• Providing superior customer service to ticket patrons and other stakeholders
• Ticket Inventory management.
• Maintaining a high level of working knowledge of ticketing industry best practices.
• Developing support staff.
• Frequent Travel.

• The ideal candidate will have a degree from a four-year college or university and have a required minimum experience of 5 years in a Ticketmaster environment. Specifically, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Archtics, Ticketmaster Host, Presence and TM One.
•  They should have strong competencies in planning, project management, leadership, and organization.
