Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing vision, leadership, direction to the University of Athletics Department.

Duties

• Goal setting and executing strategy for Athletics Department
• Supervising of Cal Maritime athletic coaches and programs
• Serving as spokesperson for the intercollegiate athletics
• Marketing and promoting of athletics programs
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of professional experience
• Strong skills communication/relations building/problem solving
• Strategic planning experience
