Job Summary
The position will be monitoring and responding quickly to requests of Service Desk ticketing queue.
Duties
- Gives frontline support for hardware and business application
- Monitoring of Service Desk for ticket
- Modifying of configurations/software default settings/utilities
- Creating of technical documentation
- Escalating of any technical support issues
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of recent Service Desk experience
- MS office proficient
- Strong skills communication/organization
- Can multitask at work
