Job Summary
Event Staff and Access Management Captains are responsible for front-line staff supervisors during stadium events.
Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Arrive early on event day to check-out necessary equipment & distribute to designated supervisors
- Attend event briefings and retain information for dissemination to supervisors & front-line staff
- Coordinate with supervisors that building is ready for guests including reporting maintenance issues, and make certain all areas are properly maintained
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management or a related area of study preferred
- 2+ years of experience supervising employees (stadium, arena, convention center, performing arts facility preferred)
