Job Summary

Position Responsibilities

• Supervision, hiring and training of sales staff
• Manage all season & group ticket printing
• Preparation of all ticket sales game reports
• Reconciliation with each sales report
• Implementation of all sales and follow-up programs
• Maintain a viable customer and prospect database. Oversee CRM system
• Manage and oversee all ticket sales financial reporting
• Develop, implement & execute all ticket sales training as well as all custom ticket programs.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage manager for all hospitality needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of Sales Experience
• Self-motivated individual
• Personable and energetic
• Strong communication, computer skills
