Job Summary



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage various projects for premium seating from beginning to end through communicating, and providing project updates across multiple departments and levels 

  • Coordinate match day part-time staff scheduling, training, and on site management during games to ensure excellence in service for our guests 

  • Coordinate match day premium operations through pre-match communication with vendors, internal groups, and part-time staff 

  • Coordinate single match rental processing, contracting and confirmation for suites and loges

  • Assist with client-facing communication, service and execution of client requests 

  • Assist with tracking match day budget, ticket usage and creating recaps and reports 

  • Assist with planning and executing hospitality events for premium, corporate partner clients and prospects 

  • Lead outside event setup, activation and teardown

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned 



Required Qualifications

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Excellent computer and presentation skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Team-first attitude, positive, and willing to assist wherever necessary

  • Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative

  • Ability to work all match days and special hospitality events which may include nights, weekends and potentially some holidays

  • Available 5 days a week a total of 20 hours per week in office (including additional events and game days)

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and work occasionally in an outdoor environment

  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time

  • Ideally working towards a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate

  • Customer service and/or events experience preferred.
