Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational office management and marketing support for the Hockey Club. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, efficient, willing to work in a team environment, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Provides administrative support to the Team President
- Orders and manages replenishment of office supplies, maintains postage meter and copier, and collects mail.
- Updates game-by-game promotion schedule.
- Merchandise support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
