Job Summary

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understand, execute, and analyze lead nurture campaigns including summarization of how campaigns are performing through the creation of Advanced Finds or Tableau reports. 

  • Regularly assess data capture techniques that help measure net new fans to the database and ROI on marketing data-capture efforts. 

  • Assure CRM and warehouse data are accurate and structured properly for ongoing use.

  • Support sales leadership in evaluating rep activity and performance.

  • Develop regular reports for managers so they can self-analyze key areas within their departments that provide insights and assist with decision making. 

  • Manage the data flow between CRM, Eloqua, Ticketmaster, Live Analytics, and the data warehouse.

  • Assist with lead scoring and retention model development. 

  • Building, testing, and implementing of new functionalities within the CRM database and data warehouse by using workflows and data triggers to automate manual processes. 

  • Champions data quality, data accuracy and data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Education and/or Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, MIS, Marketing or related field with a quantitative focus preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with CRM, Tableau, and SQL; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
