Job Summary

• Execute high service standards and exceed guest expectations daily by holding all employees accountable to adhering to company service, quality and cleanliness specification and food handling


• Grow revenue through innovative products, catering and other services


• Coordinate ongoing marketing and social media efforts


• Manage staff including training, scheduling, and reviewing performance both formally and informally


• Resolve guest conflict through service recovery and implement change when necessary


• Maintain budget; Prepare and review daily sales and labor reports


• Use daily sales and labor reports to identify areas of opportunity for sales initiatives and cost savings


• Approve and authorize weekly payroll


• Create an engaging and energetic environment where all staff works as a team


• Maintain a high level of confidentiality


• Other duties and projects as assigned

• 2+ years supervisory or management experience in a similar food and beverage environment


• Understanding of promotions and social activations


• Knowledge of current Food and Beverage compliance and regulations including state and federal laws and regulations

• Passion for healthy lifestyle and foods


• Self-Starter, flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment


• Ability to multitask and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Exceptional organizational skills
