CRM Developer

Job Summary

• Experience with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM


• Experience in deploying CRM Organizations Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities


• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.


• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment


• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes


• Develop high-performing, scalable solutions including schema design, storage engines, indexing strategies, SQL tuning, ETL processes and Stored Procedures.

• Develop data models for applications, metadata tables and supporting database structures (stored procedures, views, triggers, queries…)


• Test database changes.


• Develop and document database architectures, schemas, physical structure, functional capability, security, back-up and recovery specifications.


• Maintain developed source code in the repository for all databases and keep all build programs up to date.


• Understanding client requirements and how they translate to new application features


• Collaborating with development team and other IT and Analytics staff to set specifications for new applications


• Writing high-quality code to program complete projects on schedule

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.


• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM


• Must have at least 3 years of experience coding and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 2013


• Must have at least 3 years of project experience in enterprise business application development


• Must have at least 3 years of project implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 2013

• Must have expertise on Dynamics CRM technical documentation and design


• Must have at least 3 year of experience in developing complex technical designs


• Strong background in building and integrating Dynamics CRM with existing solutions and applications


• Must demonstrate an ability to take on complex problems and arrive at simple solutions, matched with the communication skills to talk through and present solutions with both technical and non-technical personnel


• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prefer at least 3 year of experience of Angular.js and Breeze.js


• Prefer at least 3 year of experience using HTML 5


• Prefer at least 3 years project experience using web development tools and technologies such as: ASP.Net, C#, .NET, SQL, TFS, XML Server or similar products

• At least 5 years of experience, with at least the last 2 year as CRM developer with architecture and design responsibilities in a large database environment.


•  Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, C++, etc.


• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools


• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.


• A team player with excellent communication skills


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability


• Great attention to detail and time-management skills


• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field highly desirable.


• Certified application developer is a plus


• Databases: Mongo, MySQL (or Maria), Postgres, MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Oracle
