Senior Safety and Security Manager

Job Summary

• Manage the Emergency Response Plan and the Crisis Communication Plan, ensuring all staff gain an understanding of, and contractors are familiarized with, policy and procedures through training opportunities and briefings, to include crisis management training, tabletop exercises, telecommunications exercises, and field training exercises
• Assist the People Operations Manager with documenting, collecting, and reporting of injuries and accidents related to workers compensation and general liability claims; ensuring required documentation is provided to appropriate authorities
• Assist with the development and adherance of the organization’s Safety Management program through interaction with department managers assigned to this program
• Oversee the monitoring and operation of all security systems including, but not limited to, the access control, security cameras, duress alarms, intrusion alarms, and fire panels

• Bachelor’s degree in security, criminal justice, law enforcement, public safety, or a related field preferred


• Five (5) or more years in a supervisory or management role preferred
