Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to coordinate all the facets of event execution and make sure the operation will flow smoothly as required.

Duties

Helping to coordinate and execute of events
Helping to create event materials through the use of AutoCAD, EBMS and 24/7 software
Handling administrative tasks
Client meet up for events
Helping with communication and leads
Handling office administration/data entry
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Strong skills problem solving/technical/communications
Innovative with sound judgment
Can work varying days/hours
